Saturday night late I had a fun little episode with my arrhythmia concerns. Around 9 pm, I started feeling unwell. This included a rather sudden headache that just happened to coincide with an episode of palpitations.

18 JunI spent a little over 3 hours in an ER today because of a prolonged AFib episode. I tried to wait it out for a couple of hours before giving in and going. I don’t think I’ll wait that long next time. I’m exhausted and I think I’ve triggered another fibromyalgia flare.
I’m home and resting.
Pride 2024
4 JunI attended the local Pride celebration on Saturday, 1-June-2024. It was my first Pride since 2012, back in Houston. Lots of things conspired in the interim to keep me away, none of which are really relevant now.

4 MayI am just home from my first orthopaedic appointment. My primary care doctor referred me because some of my pain, in her opinion, seemed more likely to be from a pinched nerve, or something of that nature, than fibromyalgia. The pain in question is in the upper back, is of a burning nature, and is to some degree touch sensitive. Continue reading
