Today has been rough already, and it’s early afternoon. I didn’t sleep well. I was in bed from about 10pm until 7am. My sleep score (Samsung Health) was only 70. So barely a “C”, as it were.

16 AugI received a bill today for my portion of the surgery on 30-April of this year. That was the very minor surgery to implant the loop recorder under the skin of my left breast.

16 AugI was diagnosed with POTS this past November at my very first cardiologist appointment. I am not a candidate for “exercise” as a treatment due to chronic pain flares with even slight exertion.

12 JunI had an episode this afternoon where for roughly an hour, my heart rate dropped to 30bpm. This is according to my smartwatch readout. You may remember that I have experienced some bradycardia in the past year, and it’s part of why I had a loop recorder implanted in my chest recently. Never before has such an episode lasted this long though.
