The Restored Church of God position on blogs is of course hitting the blogosphere like lightning. I had never heard of this particular splinter, so did a small amount of research. According to Wikipedia, this is one of several church groups under the umbrella of Amstrongism, the doctrines of Herbert W. Armstrong, founder of the Worldwide Church of God (WCG). Armstrong appears to have started out as a Seventh Day Adventist, until he got his own personal revelation.
This is about as different as anything I have ever seen and still called Christian. You should follow the links. And if any of you know anything specific about this, feel free to share.
