Earlier today, I took a Covid antigen rapid test. It came back negative. This suggests that I have beaten Covid, with thanks to vaccines for making this very mild and of short duration.

27 JulWhile I have no official test results to confirm, it is highly likely that I had a mild case of Covid last week. I’ve been fully vaccinated (two doses of Pfizer) since 3-June. I didn’t require hospitalization, though at one point, I did consider calling an ambulance.

26 DecIt’s nothing new that I haven’t been going to sleep at what would be considered a normal time for me. For months now, I’ve slept between four and six hours a night on average, beginning between 1am and 3am. Before, when Barbara was at home, I tended to be ready for bed and asleep no later than about 11pm, and would sleep for eight to nine hours a night. Continue reading
