An Aging Trans Woman 
To some degree, it’s probably the same as it ever was, but it sure feels worse now than it did when GW invaded Iraq, and I thought that was the worst during my lifetime, though the race riots were bad when I was little. My cousin said Iraq was way worse than during Vietnam, which was very bad, with multiple areas over which to disagree, as now. But neither of us recalled the sort of terrorism that’s sprung into the picture since GW, and especially the Don. My cousin passed before Pres. Biden came into office, so the Don was her last president. Her experience in NW Arkansas under the Don was actually pleasant, she said; people were just nice and respectful, with no discussion of anything remotely related to political.
When we went to visit before she passed, there also were several places of business flying the Confederate flag. She said to ignore that, because the people were nice and the food was good. There were 2 places without the flag, and we ate there. The food was also good. I don’t know what else to say. I wish people could get over the Don the way they totally forgot about W/Cheney!

Hi Janet. I am sure Randy thanks you for the reblog. Without doxing him he works an extremely intensive time pressuring job that often causes him to work 60 or more hours a week. He often struggle to find time to post and find time to reply. But he loves comments and told me he will try harder in the future to respond. He just saved his company $40 thousand dollars and his boss gave him a pat on the back. I thought he needed a bonus, but millionaire owners don’t see the world like we do. In my experience, owners don’t have to be millionaires to be jerks. That said, yes, he deserved a bonus for that. SMH
