Election update

• Democrats to take control of House, CNN projects
• Dems projected to pick up four Senate seats
• Voters reject South Dakota abortion ban
• Democrats win majority of governorships

It looks like the two houses of Congress may be controlled by different parties. I see this as producing a truly do-nothing government for the next two years. If I have to choose between a Republican fueled active agenda, and do-nothing, I will take the do-nothing any day. Come 2008, we can hopefully get control of the rest of the Federal government out of the hands of Republicans, and turn back some of the abuses they have heaped upon us.
