Liberals should back abortion ban

The decision itself has never made much sense. Even liberals — intellectually honest ones — will admit that the Roe opinion is legally indefensible.
Personally, I’m a pro-choice lawyer, but that doesn’t mean that I have to agree that the constitutional right to privacy extends to protect abortion.
Apparently, he wants to see the nation divided, with some states permitting abortion, and some not. That’s really not what I want for this nation.
