Subject: From Maeven: CMA Transparency – Trials & Truths of Temperance 3:::
Saturday morning Blaze revealed in the staff meeting that she had been invited to join a private list where there was much discussion about my short comings as director. That Bran had called her directly and misinformed her that her we missed the land payment, when he in fact he knew we had a postponement.
With copies of the emails in hand as evidence the matter exploded in the back room of Stockman’s. The name of the list created by Goo was Tilting at Windmills. The list contained mostly comments from Bran, Goo, Cathy and Ernie, and some forwarded board emails. . Perhaps a few from Barbara. But on this list they so misrepresented the facts as they clearly knew them to be, so abused their oaths of office, an engaged in many incidents of non virtuous speech. I certainly know no matter how you slice it, it wasn’t nice. It wasn’t solution driven. It wasn’t productive. It didn’t meet Pax Templi if that even matters to anyone really.

Now, I usually prefer to simply not respond to defamation of character, and let those who know me draw their own conclusions, and those who do not, well, who cares anyway?
But I am not the only one being defamed here. “Barbara” posted exactly one message to the now infamous list, wishing Blaze a happy birthday.
The discussion was mostly, in point of fact, about the financials recently published, and whether they accurately represented the actual state of CMA. All involved were under the usual oath, including myself. Therefore, no one shared anything with anyone not bound by oath.
I will not defend myself. I still believe that to acknowledge such as this only gives it power. I will state categorically that the above quote is at best overstated, and at worst, smacks of libel.
Note the timing of this diatribe. The ballots have just arrived, and Blaze and Bran are the two candidates. Maeven has already come out in support of Blaze. Anyone still not thinking campaign “mud-slinging”?
I still to this day wonder if Blaze openly shared the full extent of her own participation in that list?
