… Wind Impacts… Based On The Current Forecast Track Of Ivan… Tropical Storm Force Winds Are Only Expected To Impact A Small Portion Of The Upper Texas Coast. This Includes The Bolivar Peninsula… The Galveston Bay Shoreline Areas… And Portions Of Chambers And Southern Liberty Counties. Sustained Winds Of 30 To 35 Mph With Gusts As High As 45 Mph Will Be Possible In These Areas Between 5 PM And Midnight This Evening.
