Showtime’s American Candidate

I am utterly amazed at this stupidity. Quoted from the show’s eligibility requirements:

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to apply to be a participant for the television program “American Candidate” (“Program”):
1. You must be at least 18 years of age.

In case you don’t know:

Unscripted and unprecedented, American Candidate is a reality series in which the viewing public will select a People’s Candidate who will then have the chance to run for president of the United States.

Have they never heard that the Constitution says you must be 35 years of age to be the President?
